Dictation Options

 

Welcome to our Dictation Options page!  There are three dictation options for you to choose from.  Just choose the one that best fits into your schedule and will allow us to meet your deadlines.  We are also able to integrate with most in-house systems.

 

Toll-free Phone-in Dictation System – The 24 hour access phone-in dictation system is both easy and convenient to use.  Since all you need is a phone, you do not incur any costs for equipment, maintenance fees, or software.  All you have to do is call our toll-free number, enter a user identification number, work type and you are ready to dictate. 

 

Digital Handheld Recorder – The digital recorder is for those who prefer to carry a hand-held machine with them.  The digital recorder captures your dictation as a digital file.  After completing dictation, all you have to do is upload the files from your digital recorder to our Secure FTP. 

 

Micro-cassette Tapes – The micro-cassette tape recorder is the traditional dictation machine and still a preference for many.  This is why we still transcribe dictation from micro-cassette tapes.  We do provide a pick-up service for cassette tapes in Flint, Michigan and surrounding areas.  For those outside of our delivery area, you can mail the tapes to our office.  Once the dictation is transcribed, the tapes are usually erased and then returned. 

 

We will transcribe the dictation and deliver a finished document through Secure FTP, Fax, or Local courier.

 

Secure FTP – The FTP is a folder connecting our computer to yours through the Internet and is the easiest, most secure way to transmit your transcribed dictation.  If you have an Internet connection, you can gain access 24 hours a day and download the documents to your computer. 

 

Fax – We are able to fax your documents right to your office.  We recommend that you use a laser fax machine if you choose this option.  If you are outside of our delivery area, but would like a printed document sent to your office, this is faster and less expensive than our mail option.  Please call our office for rates.

 

Local Courier – A courier will deliver a printed document to Davison, MI and the surrounding area.  This area includes:  Davison, Lapeer, Flint, Clio, Burton, Mt. Morris, Grand Blanc, and Flushing.  The delivery time will be determined by the areas scheduled time and your needs.
