The dining room seats up to 10 and there are two outside patios for entertaining. The kitchen and both bathrooms were re-pointed (decorated) in the last 3 years. The house has digital TV and Internet.</FONT></P><P><FONT face=Arial>Located on the same road as the Celtic Manor and St. Pierre golf courses, Larklea is a quiet home with lovely patios and terraced gardens.</FONT></P><P><FONT face=Arial>There is off street parking for 3 cars, plus a double garage. St. Pierre Golf and Country Club is 3 miles and the Celtic Manor Ryder Cup course is 10 miles. There will be buses and trains from Chepstow to Ryder Cup park & ride. You can walk to the train station and buses pass in front of Larklea.</FONT></P><br>
