<p><font face="Maiandra GD,Trebuchet,Verdana" size="2" color="#000000">Raccoon Run Canoe Rental is a full service Canoe/Kayak Livery operating on the Scenic and Wild Grand River in Northeast Ohio. We paddle through the counties of Lake and Ashtabula.
The Grand River has the highest water quality in the State of Ohio and is the hightest water quality of all rivers which empty into the Lake Erie basin in both the United States and Canada.<br>

<p><font face="Maiandra GD,Trebuchet,Verdana" size="2" color="#000000">We offer our customers the latest in Old Town Canoes/ Kayaks and eleven new Big Yaks from Ocean Kayak. Our equipment is cleaned and disenfected after each usage. We provide these services for one flat fee that includes shuttles, pfd's, river maps, litter bags, and safety demonstrations. Trip lenghts are from an average of two and one half hours up to eight hours depending on water levels. We run three sections of the Grand River three above the Harpersfield Dam and two sections below the dam. The Gourge stretch can be run from above to the dam or on the one open section from Harpersfield to Hidden Valley Park. Once the construction on the I-90 bridges are completed we will open the section from Hidden Valley to Masons Landing Park. We also provide "shuttle service" to those who may have their own canoes or kayaks. Group Rates and Gift Certificates are available on request.
